Will Cubic Zirconia turn your finger green?

No, it is cheap metal that will turn your finger green. The Cubic Ziconia won't be against your skin and it is a stone...personally, I would rather have a nice gold/silver ban and no stone at all, a fake one is just embarrassing to me...or have a real pearl, saphire, ruby...something.
