Mother is driving us crazy with lies?

She gave away my Dad's favourites mugs for no other reason than she didn't like them anymore and bought us new fancy matching mugs that she won't let us put in the microwave or dishwasher. She donated a bunch to the Salvation Army and my dad caught her with a box of them in her room. She washed $700 through my parents bank account and said she bought a washing machine for her mom but she actually bought a cheap looking cubic zirconia. My Dad was furious because they've been having financial problems. She buys expensive perfume from overseas using a fake name. She'll say her mother gave her money to buy a big screen TV and then my Dad will find payments to Future Shop on their VISA bill. When we were kids, when she got sick of our dog, she gave it to the pound and said it ran away. My sisters, Dad and I are all completely frustrated with her. If we confront her with she just says she has to go to the bathroom (my mother is dependant on laxatives so that takes forever).
