What will cigarette smoke do to my sterling silver grills?

I recently ordered a pair of sterling silver grills (Which if you don't know are the pieces of jewelry rappers place on their teeth) and I'm a heavy smoker. I'm wondering what smoke from cigarettes will do to the grills. They are solid .925 sterling silver with cubic zirconia rocks installed. I guess to simplify my question--What will cigarette smoke do to sterling silver metal?
