Lab Created Diamonds?

What is your opinion on lab created diamonds? This is NOT for an engagement ring. More along the lines of earring studs or a pendant necklace. Also keep in mind, lab created (synthetic) diamonds ARE REAL DIAMONDS. They are carbon atoms in a crystalline structure and have the same chemical properties. These are NOT cubic zirconia or moissanite stones.
